Feditec performed Due-Diligence of IT division of Allied Bank Ltd on behalf of Pak Kuwait investment company in collaboration with Plexus (Pvt) Ltd. As Pak Kuwait was interested in purchasing the ABL due to denationalization policy of the Govt of Pakistan. Feditec along with the IT team of Plexus had studied the existing setup of IT division all over the Pakistan and submitted its suggestion and comparison.

Chart Links is a Connecticut (USA) based IT company that develops, medical rehabilitation software. Their products manage information addressing all aspects of patient treatment, provider reimbursement, and enterprise productivity.

Chart-Links needs to organize all reports and deliver to the user at a scheduled time in a requested format. Chart Links uses Crystal Reports as a reporting tool and with Report Scheduler Chart Links want to substitute the functionality of Crystal Enterprise Professional edition.

K. S. Sulemanji & Esmailji (KSS) consist of two factories at F.B. Industrial area. KSS is household name in food sector for over 50 years. Their products includes Pasta, Vermicelli, Snacks and Cereals.

In the first phase Feditec was given a task to improve their existing process. Identify the shortcoming in the process. Discuss that with steering committee and all departmental heads and modify the process with the mutual consensus.

In the second phase Feditec task is to implement the integrated software to automate their complete operation. Currently they have implemented Purchase, Inventory and General Ledger module only as KSSE management has decided to implement the software in phases.
