M. Kamil Shahbazker
Chairman / CEO

Mr. Kamil Shahbazker has over all 28 years of management experience. He is Chaiman board of directors for Fedglobe group of companies and hold directorship in KolsonIndustries.

Before joining Feditec, he was country manager for Philips Lighting Pakistan. Mr. Kamil has spent over 24 years in various key positions in Philips. During his services in Philips Mr. Kamil was Project Director for the ERP implementation of JD Edwards. Mr. Kamil is well versed with the Information Technology and its latest trends.

Mr. Kamil provides experience and is the strategic planner for Feditec. Strong knowledge of business management is one of his strength. He is active member of Marketing Association of Pakistan, Member of Management Association of Pakistan.

Mr. Kamil is MBA from Institute of Business Administration Karachi, and also B.E. (Electrical) from NED University of Engg & Technology Karachi.


Hozefa Poonawala
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hozefa has over 8 years experience in the field of Corporate Business management, and strategic planning. He is also director for Fedglobe (Pvt) Limited and a frequent traveler all around the world attending trade show related to FMCG products. Fedglobe is manufacturing, distributing, and marketing the FMCG products for last 20 years.

Mr. Hozefa has a very dynamic and outstanding personality. Hozefa is very active member of Marketing Associates of Pakistan at Rotary Club Karachi main. During his studies at University of Texas at Austin he was elected as President of the student union (for 1995 to 1996) and was honored with "Shirley Bird Perry" Leadership award.

At Feditec Mr. Hozefa is responsible for building a successful team besides looking into the financials. His vast traveling exposure USA, Canada, Europe, Far East bring in valuable input in developing a strategic plan for Feditec.

Mr. Hozefa holds Bachelors of Arts in Economics from University of Texas at Austin and his master in Business Administration from IBA Karachi.


Asad Ur Rehman
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Asad has been designing technical requirements for application development projects for last 3 and half years at Feditec. He is well experienced in requirement engineering and project management.

In his early career as Systems Support Engineer at Computer Graphics and Systems; he used to support multi-user operating systems such as Unix and Novel Netware. Moved to Saudi Arabia in 1992 and served around 5 years in Arabian Business Machines. Came to Pakistan in 1997 and started a software house in partnership called Auriga Associates.

Asad holds BE in computer Systems from NED in 1989. Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQC) from Pakistan Institute of Quality Control (PIQC). Participated in various trainings on Project Management, Software Quality Assurance, ISO and CMM. Over 14 years of experience in IT industry.

Asad is also involved in community development work especially in education area, through different organizations.
